Chapter 10: The Grand Gesture

Jin and Jennie had been together for almost a year now, and their love had only grown stronger. They had been through ups and downs, misunderstandings, and fights, but they had always worked through it all, with patience, understanding, and love.

Jin wanted to do something special for Jennie, to show her how much he loved her and how grateful he was to have her in his life. He thought and thought, but nothing seemed grand enough to express his feelings.

He handed her the note, and she read it with tears in her eyes. She turned to Jin and wrapped her arms around him, holding him tightly.

"I love you too, Jin. You don't need to do anything grand to show me your love. Your presence in my life is more than enough," she whispered.

Suga chimed in next. "Yeah, I have to agree. You really went above and beyond. Jin's lucky to have you."

Jungkook added, "I think Jin's going to love this. He'll be so surprised."

Jennie blushed at their compliments. "Thank you, guys. I just wanted to do something special for Jin. He's done so much for me."

As they all sat down to eat, the conversation flowed easily, and Jennie couldn't help but feel grateful for the bond she had formed with the BTS members. It was a surreal feeling to be sitting with such talented musicians, and yet they treated her like an equal.

When Jin walked in, Jennie's heart skipped a beat. He looked as handsome as ever, and she couldn't help but feel a little nervous as she led him to the dining room.

After dinner, Jennie excused herself to go get something. When she returned, she was holding a small gift box.

"Jin," she said, her voice shaking a little. "I know I haven't always been the best at expressing my feelings, but I want you to know that I love you more than anything in the world."

She handed him the gift box, and he opened it to reveal a personalized watch with their initials engraved on it.

"I wanted to give you something that you could wear every day, something that would remind you of how much I love you," she continued, feeling tears prick at the corners of her eyes.

Jin's eyes widened in surprise, and he pulled Jennie into a tight embrace.

"Thank you, Jennie," he said, his voice choked with emotion. "I love you too, more than words can express."

As they hugged, the other members of the band began to clap and cheer. They had all secretly been watching the scene unfold, and they were thrilled to see Jennie and Jin expressing their love for each other so openly.

She took him to a nearby park where she had arranged for a professional photographer to take their pictures. They had a fun time posing for the camera and capturing memories that would last a lifetime.

After the photo shoot, they headed to a shopping mall where Jennie had planned a shopping spree for Jin. She had given him a budget to spend on whatever he wanted, and he had a great time picking out clothes and accessories.

The next surprise was a trip to an amusement park. Jin loved roller coasters, and Jennie had made sure to book front-row seats for all the rides. They screamed and laughed as they went on the rides, enjoying every moment together.

Finally, it was time for Jin's big birthday party. Jennie had planned the party at a rooftop restaurant with stunning views of the city. The other members of BTS were there, along with Jin's parents, who had flown in from their hometown to celebrate their son's special day.

Jennie had decorated the restaurant with balloons, streamers, and a giant birthday banner. The party was in full swing, and Jin was having a great time. Then, Jennie surprised him with five beautifully wrapped gifts.

The first gift was a personalized watch with their initials engraved on the back. The second gift was a scrapbook filled with pictures of their time together. The third gift was a framed painting of a landscape that Jin had mentioned he loved during one of their dates.

The fourth gift was a surprise trip to a beautiful beach resort in the Maldives, which they would be taking the next week. And finally, the fifth gift was a box of 30 envelopes, each containing a different activity or adventure that they could do together over the next year.

Jin was touched by all of the thoughtful gifts and was grateful for Jennie's effort to make his birthday so special. His parents and band members were also impressed by Jennie's planning and thoughtfulness, and they expressed their admiration and appreciation to her.
