Chapter 16: A New Addition to the BTS Family

The day had finally arrived. Jennie went into labour, and Jin was a nervous wreck. He paced back and forth in the hospital waiting room while the other members of BTS, Jennie's bandmates, and their families waited anxiously for news.

As the hours ticked by, the tension in the room grew. Jin's hands were shaking, and he couldn't sit still. He kept checking his phone, hoping for updates from the delivery room.

The other members of BTS tried to distract Jin, but their jokes fell flat. V and Jungkook, who had been quieter when Jin and Jennie had announced the pregnancy, were now just as nervous as everyone else. They knew how important this moment was for their friend and bandmate.

RM: "Jin, try to relax. You're going to give yourself an ulcer if you keep pacing like that."

Jin: "I can't help it. What if something goes wrong?"

Suga: "Stop thinking like that. Everything is going to be fine. Jennie is in good hands."

Jungkook: "Yeah, Jin Hyung. Just take deep breaths like they showed us in the birthing classes."

V: "And try to think about something else. Like, what do you want to eat when this is all over?"

Jin: "I don't know. I just want Jennie and the baby to be okay."

Jimin: "They will be. You have to trust that."

Jin: "I know, I know. I just can't help but be nervous. This is such a big moment for us."

RM: "We all understand that, Jin. We're all here for you and Jennie. And once that little one arrives, we're going to spoil them rotten."

Suga: "Yeah, we're going to be the best uncles ever."

Jungkook: "I can't wait to teach them how to play video games."

V: "And I'll teach them how to paint."

Jimin: "And I'll teach them how to dance."

RM: "And I'll teach them how to be a good leader, just like you, Jin."

Jin: smiling "Thanks, guys. I appreciate it. And thanks for trying to distract me. It's helping."

Suga: "Of course, man. We're all in this together."

As the conversation continued, Jin's nerves began to calm slightly. He knew that his bandmates had his back and that they were all eagerly anticipating the arrival of the newest addition to their BTS family.

RM, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook waited nervously outside the delivery room, waiting for news on the birth of Jin and Jennie's baby. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, a nurse emerged from the room.

"Congratulations! You have a healthy baby boy," she announced with a smile.

Everyone let out a collective sigh of relief and congratulated Jin and Jennie. RM patted Jin on the back and asked, "How are you feeling, man?"

Jin's eyes were glassy as he replied, "I don't even have words. I'm so happy and overwhelmed. I can't wait to hold him."

Jennie was wheeled out of the delivery room a few moments later, looking tired but happy. Jin rushed over to her side and took her hand.

"How are you feeling?" he asked, concern etched on his face.

"I'm tired, but I feel great," Jennie replied, smiling at Jin.

Suddenly, they heard the sound of a baby crying from inside the room, and Jin's eyes widened in excitement. "That's our baby!" he exclaimed, squeezing Jennie's hand.

They entered the room together, and Jin's eyes filled with tears as he saw his new-born son for the first time. The baby was wrapped in a soft blanket, his little face scrunched up as he cried.

Jin gingerly picked him up, his hands shaking slightly with emotion. He held his son close to his chest and whispered, "Hey, little guy. It's okay. Daddy's here."

Everyone watched as Jin cradled his son in his arms, tears streaming down his face. Jennie looked on with a mixture of love and amusement at her husband's emotional reaction.

"He's so beautiful," Jin said, his voice breaking with emotion. "I can't believe he's finally here."

Jennie smiled and reached out to stroke their son's cheek. "We did it," she said softly. "We're parents."

Jin nodded, still overwhelmed by the moment. "I love you both so much," he said, tears still streaming down his face. "I can't wait to see what the future holds for us."

The rest of the group took turns holding the baby, cooing, and fussing over him. Jennie's bandmates even sang a lullaby they had written just for the occasion.

RM: As soon as we saw the baby, we all couldn't help but smile. He was just so adorable!

J-Hope: I could see that the other band members were eager to hold the baby, so I decided to bide my time.

Suga: I was the first to hold him, and I have to admit, I was a bit nervous. But as soon as I held him in my arms, I felt this overwhelming sense of love.

Jimin: When Suga handed the baby to me, I couldn't believe how small he was. I was a bit nervous at first, but I soon found myself cooing and fussing over him.

V: I was getting impatient waiting for my turn to hold the baby. I wanted to make sure I got my chance before anyone else.

Jungkook: When it was finally my turn to hold him, I couldn't stop grinning. The baby was so precious, and I felt honoured to be able to hold him.

Jin: We were all fighting to hold the baby, but we made sure to take turns so that everyone got a chance.

RM: Jennie's bandmates even sang a lullaby they had written just for the occasion. It was such a sweet moment, and I'm glad we were all able to share it together.

Suga: I think we all fell a little bit in love with the baby that day. It was such a special moment, and we'll never forget it.

As the night wore on, the group settled into a comfortable rhythm. They took turns holding the baby, getting him to sleep, and keeping Jin company while Jennie rested. There were snacks and drinks passed around, and everyone was in good spirits.

As the sun began to rise, the group said their goodbyes, promising to come back and visit soon. Jin and Jennie were left alone with their new baby, a family of three.

Jin couldn't stop staring at his son, marvelling at how tiny and perfect he was. He knew that there would be challenges ahead, but he was ready to face them head-on with Jennie by his side.

Jennie: "He's so precious, Jin. I can't believe he's finally here."

Jin: "I know. He's perfect."

Jennie: "Do you think you'll be able to handle everything? Being a new dad and all?"

Jin: "I'll do my best. And you'll be here to help me, right?"

Jennie: "Of course, I will. We'll figure it out together."

Jin: "I can't wait to watch him grow up and see what kind of person he becomes. I want to be there for him every step of the way."

Jennie: "Me too. I already love him so much, and I know you do too."

Jin: "He's, our son. How could I not love him?"

Jennie: "I just hope we can be good parents to him. There's so much to learn and so many decisions to make."

Jin: "We'll make mistakes along the way, but as long as we love him and do our best, I think we'll be okay."

Jennie: "I believe that too. We'll figure it out as we go. And we have our bandmates and families to support us too."

Jin: "That's right. We're not alone in this. And I know the guys are excited to meet him too."

Jennie: "They're going to spoil him rotten."

Jin: "Well, we'll have to make sure they don't spoil him too much. We don't want him growing up to be a brat."

Jennie: "Agreed. But for now, let's just enjoy this moment with our little family."

As he held his son close, Jin felt a deep sense of love and gratitude. He was a father now, and he knew that his life would never be the same. But he was ready for the challenge, and he couldn't wait to see what the future held for his family.

Jin and Jennie decided to have a small naming ceremony for their son, surrounded by their closest family and friends. They named him Min-Jae, meaning "bright and talented," hoping that he would grow up to embody those qualities.

As they settled into their new roles as parents, Jin couldn't help but tease Jennie about their next child. "You know, Jennie, we should start thinking about our next one. I think our son needs a sibling to play with," Jin said with a grin.

Jennie rolled her eyes playfully. "Jin, let's focus on getting through the first few months with our son before we start thinking about another one," she replied, trying not to laugh.

But Jin was persistent. "I'm serious, Jennie. I want a big family, and I think you'd make a great mom to another one of our children."

Jennie couldn't help but smile at Jin's enthusiasm. "Well, let's wait and see how this one go first, okay?" she said, giving Jin a kiss on the cheek.

As they looked around the room at the smiling faces of their loved ones, Jin and Jennie couldn't help but feel grateful for everything they had been through together. They had faced challenges and overcome them, and now they had a beautiful son to show for it.

As their son grew and began to reach new milestones, Jennie and Jin talked more seriously about having another child. They discussed their plans for the future and how they would balance their careers with raising a family.

In the end, they decided to wait a few years before trying for another child. But for now, they were content to enjoy every moment with their son and watch him grow into the amazing person they knew he would become.

And so, the story of Jin and Jennie's love would continue in a new series, one that focused on the lives of their children and their adventures as a family. It was a new chapter in their lives, and they were excited to see where it would take them.
