Leave the door open

Baby sat on the couch and yawned, staying at home alone with Romeo is so boring. he decided to listen to music when an idea popped up in his head. he smirked and stood up, he went to their garden and cut some rose petals, "please forgive me for my rudeness."

He then went to the pool and took a picture of it. 'I guess my job out here is done." he thought and went back inside. He saw Romeo staring at him weirdly, he just shook his head and went to his room. he poured the rose petals in the bathtub and filled it with hot water and took a picture of it.

he rubbed his chin, 'What else am I to do?' "oh! sipping wine in a robe." he opened his closet and brought out a Versace Robe. "it is time for you to be useful." he said and wore it. he went back downstairs and headed to the wet bar. he took one wine and a glass cup. he poured a little quantity in the cup and took a picture of it. he then sat on a stool and sipped a little but it was sweet so he decided to taste more before that, he took a picture of himself sipping wine. he drank the quantity in the cup and poured another, he was about to drink it when Romeo collected it and said "Don't drink too much or you'd get drunk, why are you jumping around?" Baby frowned and stood up, "It has nothing to do with you." he was about to walk away when Romeo held his hand. Baby glanced at him and said "What again? I also can't walk?" Romeo shook his head, "I just wanted to say that you're still recovering, be careful."

Baby, "....."

Who's still recovering? I'm already good OK?

He pulled his hand and went back to his room, he pulled off the Robe and entered the bathroom, 'it is time to bathe in a tub full of rose petals, hehehe.'

Baby went back downstairs already dressed, he was wearing an oversized black shirt, white shorts, long black socks, and attached white cat ears to his hair. ' why did my mum buy these cat ears does she want me to cosplay with them? but I like it, it is fluffy.' he then took another picture of himself and sat down on the couch opposite Romeo. Romeo stared weirdly at him again and said, "What's that on your hair? it's so ugly."

Baby touched the cat ears and frowned, "I would never expect a compliment from Romeo, he's such an annoying young man." Baby said internally then messaged Ryan.

[Dana: what you doing?]

Ryan replied almost immediately

[Ryan: I'm busy.]

[Dana: Where you at?]

[Ryan: I'm in class]

[Dana: Oh, you got plans?]

[Ryan: yes, the Maths teacher is currently in class.]

[Dana: Don't say that.]

[Ryan: ???]

A gentle curve formed on Baby's lips, "he doesn't understand that I'm sending him the lyrics to Bruno Mars Leave The Door Open." He muttered.

Romeo saw his mouth moving and thought to himself, "Why is he talking to himself? Our exams isn't near right?"

Baby sent the pictures of the wine he snapped and added the caption

[I'm sipping wine (sip, sip).] he then sent the one he was wearing a robe, then added the caption [ In a robe (drip, drip).]

[Ryan: I'm really busy ok? I'll call you after class.]

Baby sent the picture he took with the outfit he's wearing and added the caption [ I look too good to be alone.]

[Ryan:.....]

[Dana: My house clean.]

He sent the picture of the pool he snapped, [my pool warm.]

[Ryan: just shaved?]

Baby's smile finally bloomed 'he finally understood.'

[Dana: smooth like a newborn.]

[Ryan: So?]

Baby rolled his eyes when he read the reply, "So? Just so? Aren't you meant to continue the lyrics?" He thought as he typed.

[Dana: We should be dancing, romancing, in the east wing and the west wing of this mansion, what's happening?]

[Ryan: What mansion? Tell me the truth, what games are you playing?]

[Dana: I ain't playing no games. Every word that I say is coming straight from the heart. So if you tryna lay in these arms, I'ma leave the door open.]

[Ryan: Oh OK then.]

Baby pursed his lips as he typed, [Dana: Hoping that you feel the way I feel. And you want me like I want you tonight baby, tell me that you coming through.]

[Ryan: Ooh, you're so sweet.]

[Dana: So sweet.]

[Ryan: So tight.]

[Dana: So tight.]

[Ryan: I won't bite.]

[Dana: ah-ah.]

Baby waited for about 2 minutes before his phone buzzed again.

[Ryan: Unless you like.]

[Dana: If you smoke.]

[Ryan:what do you smoke?]

[Dana: I got the haze.]

[Ryan: Purple Haze?]

[Dana: And if you're hungry, I got fillets.]

[Ryan: we'd talk after class.]

[Dana: Ooh, baby, don't keep me waiting. There's so much love we could be making Ryan.]

[Ryan: Oh?]

[Baby: I'm talking kissing, cuddling, rose petals in the bathtub. Let's jump in it's bubbling] he then attached the picture of the bathtub he took.

[Ryan: what should I do if you're playing games with me?]

[Dana: I ain't playing no games, every word that I say is coming straight from the heart. So if you tryna lay in these arms I'ma leave the door open. ]

[Ryan: OK, fine, I'll come over after school.]

[Dana: I'll surely leave the door open.]

[Ryan: shit, the teacher caught me, she'll surely seize my phone. And give me a difficult question to solve. ]

Baby chucked and sent a laughing emoji

[Ryan: She's in front of me.... nooo she's wearing a scary smile while stretching out her hand, Bye.]

Baby smiled for the nth time since he sat down, 'I've landed Ryan in trouble again and I feel good about it. ' he looked up from his phone and saw Romeo staring at him. Their eyes met and Baby's lashes trembled. ' why is he looking at me like that?' Baby looked away and cleared his throat. "I'm hungry," he said.

Romeo gave him a nonchalant look and replied, "So? Why are you telling me, to find something to eat."

Baby frowned and pursed his lips, ' This boy is so mean, I really can't cook OK?' he dropped his phone on the couch and said "Don't think I can't live without you, I'll go to the kitchen to cook something delicious."

Romeo raised his brows, "you? cook? tell me what poison do you plan on cooking?"

Baby flared up immediately, "What do you mean by poison don't think I can't cook noodles."

Romeo smirked, "I knew it, instant noodles. just make sure you don't burn the house."

Baby stood up not wanting to continue the conversation. Romeo also stood up and followed him.

Baby stood by the kitchen entrance and turned back, "You're so annoying, don't follow me."

Romeo didn't stop but instead walked towards him, one step at a time, locking eyes with him. Baby also moved backward but before he could escape, his back already hit the wall, ' what evil is this idiot planning.' he turned to the side but Romeo blocked it with his hand. Baby turned back and glared at him, "What do you want?"

Romeo kept quiet and gently rubbed the cat ears on Baby's head. Baby gulped, his fingers trembling slightly. Romeo leaned closer and said "Remember not to burn the house and most importantly your little ears. I'll be sitting over there waiting for your instant noodles." he then smirked and turned around. Baby entered the kitchen and shook his head repeatedly, "Dana Wang don't fall for it, he's definitely up to no good."

Romeo walked around the sitting room, "Where on earth did I drop my phone?" he picked up Baby's phone and decided to dial his phone number with it. he unlocked Baby's phone, raised his brows, and nodded in realization, "I see, this is the reason behind him jumping around." he did what he intended to do and heard his phone ringing in the wet bar. "It turned out that I forgot it there."

Baby came out of the kitchen with two bowls of noodles, he dropped it on the dining table and called Romeo. Romeo answered with a "mnn."

Baby sat down and started eating. Romeo also sat down but stared at the noodles contemplating eating it or not without picking up his chopsticks. he dropped his phone and Baby's phone on the table.

Baby squinted, "What were you doing with my phone?"

Romeo smirked and replied, "Nothing much, just went through your last chat."

Baby took his phone, his forehead knitted together, "I knew he was up to no good, my last chat? isn't that the one I had with Ryan? I swear I freaking hate this guy." He berated Romeo in his heart.

"do you know what they call privacy? how can you just go through my chat."

Romeo gave him an eye roll, "If you have so much to hide, why drop your phone in a place where others can easily access it." Romeo said trying to reason with him.

Baby clenched his teeth, "If you're wrong, you should accept that you're wrong, me dropping my phone on the couch isn't wrong but you going through my chat is wrong OK?"

Romeo "..."

It wasn't my intention to go through it OK? Well forget it, I can't reason with Dana.

Romeo just stared at him blankly without replying.

Baby tightened his hands on the chopsticks he was holding, 'Say something okay? How can you just stare at me like a dummy.'

Baby relented before saying "It isn't your fault, and you know what? it is all because you know my password. I'll change it right now."

Romeo still didn't reply but instead stood up and left the dining room not in the mood to argue.

Baby changed his password and dropped his chopsticks, not in the mood to continue eating. ' Argh! he's just so freaking annoying.'

Ryan drove his car into the building and descended from the car. He winked at Callum who held his phone in one hand and his bag in another. Callum continued his livestream "OK I admit defeat, Ryan won the race but you guys should note something, Raymond probably went easy on him."

Ryan who wasn't interested in what he was saying entered and saw baby sitting quietly on the couch. he went to his side and laughed, "What is this on your head." he poked it and played with it but Baby didn't even react.

Ryan scanned his entire outfit and unbuttoned the first two buttons on his shirt, "aren't you feeling hot?"

Callum who was still live streaming paused what he was saying and blinked.

Ryan, "You've stolen your dad's shirt again."

Baby, "huh? steal? what do you take me for? I can buy dozens of it."

Ryan smiled, "you can buy dozens of it, but you still chose to steal it."

Baby, "I didn't steal it ok? I took it."

Ryan, "Does he know about you taking it?"

Baby shook his head and frowned when he noticed the trick behind the question. Ryan poked the middle of Baby's brows, "That means you stole it."

Baby tried to disappr but Ryan shut him up by saying, "Don't try to refute, you stole it."

Baby snorted and stood up dragging Ryan with him. He went upstairs and slammed his door.

Raymond tapped Callum and said, "They are no longer here, you can end your live stream."

Callum wore a puzzled look but decided to keep quiet.

Ryan sat on Baby's bed and removed his shoes but he didn't dare fling it seeing that Baby looked upset. Baby stood by the door, his arms crossed on his chest.

Ryan, "Young master Wang, can you tell me the reason you're upset?"

Baby just looked away, "who said I'm upset."

Ryan scratched his chin, "anyone with eyes could see that you're angry, it is written all over your face."

Baby sat down, "who else do you think made me this upset."

Ryan, "Romeo? Oh, I see, what happened? before you talk, please remove that thing from your head."

Baby, "Why? Is it ugly?"

Ryan shook his head, "How come, what are you thinking about in that head of yours? it's not ugly, it's just too cute that I can't take you seriously while you talk."

Baby shrugged and removed it.

Ryan, "You can now talk, what happened?"

"he went through my chat without my permission and couldn't even apologize, he...." Baby narrated everything to him.

Ryan listened attentively while Baby narrated everything that happened but then his ears picked something, "you cooked? Pfft, hahaha." he laughed while he rolled on the bed.

Baby kicked him down the bed and said "Is that the only thing you heard? you are all just annoying."

Ryan just sat on the floor and glared at Baby, "It seems like you are already ok, you can even kick. you should be able to come to school tomorrow."

Baby scoffed, "Even if you beg me with the name of my grandfather, I'm not staying in this house tomorrow."

Ryan nodded and stood up, "I need to charge my phone, its battery was already flat when I collected it from the Maths teacher. I didn't know what drained the battery."

"You didn't switch it off before giving her?" Baby asked.

Ryan rubbed his eyes and replied, "I did, I also don't understand the reason behind the drained battery."

Baby pointed at his charger. and switched on his laptop, "any assignment?"

Ryan nodded and lay flatly on Baby's bed, "Wake me once it's seven, I have to go to work."

"mnn" Baby replied and focused on what he was reading.
