To The Farmer's Market Together

Instead of pretending not to run into Alexander and Jasmine, Liliana chose to greet them. She walked closer to where the husband and wife were.

"Good morning, Mr. Alexander and Mrs. Jasmine."

The husband and wife had already noticed Liliana but, they didn't expect that the lady would come forward to greet them. They were in the yard to get fresh air.

"Good morning, Liliana," replied Jasmine with a smile. She nudged at her husband's right arm.

Understanding what his wife meant, Alexander had no choice but to follow it. He coughed awkwardly before returning Liliana's greeting.

"Good morning... Liliana. There's no need to address us like that. Just... call us as you're supposed to. We're... your uncle and aunt after all."

Perplexed, Liliana thought she was hearing Alexander wrong. The flitting confused look in the young lady's eyes made Alexander embarrassed while Jasmine held back from laughing.
