Their Memories Of Her Remained

||Liliana||

Gently holding the wrinkly hand of a beloved grandmother figure to her, Liliana carefully assisted Old Madam Shen in walking on the stony pathway. They were not alone. Audrey followed them from behind.

"Your face's beaming so much. Are you that happy, Grandma?"

Liliana let out a chuckle. The melodic sound softly echoed alongside the rustling of the leaves.

"How could I not? I'm so happy when you told me I can see it for myself," Old Madam Shen's lips broke into a grin, her eyes sparkling, "Ah~ I feel so old, coming here when my hair is all gray."

This afternoon, Old Madam Shen and Audrey visited the Ding family's ancestral home at Liliana's invitation. Even though the banquet just ended late last night, the old lady was still excited to meet Liliana again.

Aside from meeting her late bosom friend's granddaughter, the one she treated as her own, Old Madam Shen also wished to relive the memories she spent with Luciana here.
