Forced To Lower Her Pride

While Cassia was napping, Liliana took some time to check the forms she needed to complete before successfully setting up the foundation. The team consisting of lawyers and financial consultants was always in direct contact with her.

Liliana was sitting at the work desk. Pens and papers were scattered on the wooden surface. Through the huge windows, the sunbeam gently streamed over her, casting a faint glow.

"Hiring a few staff, en?" Liliana jotted down something in her notebook, "I don't think we need too many in the beginning."

Everything had its own pace. Liliana didn't want to rush into anything without the proper establishment of rules and regulations the foundation had to follow.

Despite being a private charity, Liliana understood that she shouldn't blindly do anything as she saw fit. That kind of practice would certainly ruin what she was envisioning.
