Pulling the blanket up, Liliana tucked Cassia in. The clock pointed to nine-thirty. Despite the time still being early, the middle-aged lady was already in need of sleep.

Cassia blinked, her eyes glinted with a hint of mischief, "Aren't you that... person? Who will... have a sweet... dream?"

Cassia's teasing earned a sheepish smile from Liliana. Her cheeks flushed with the faint color of red.

"Well, maybe~"

Cassia burst out laughing. Seeing Liliana's blushing countenance tickled her heart, understanding how much the young man named Lucas made her happy.

"Hehe, good night... Lili..."

"Night~"

After making sure Cassia was comfortable on the bed, Liliana quietly stepped out of the bedroom. The private nurse on duty today was Mrs. Sui. The latter waited outside as usual.
