Chapter 85: Don't Be a Tease

Carissa fell silent and didn't speak again the entire ride home. Bradley worried he'd gone too far when he'd admitted she was the most important person in the world to him. But what was the point in lying, especially when the truth was written all over his face in that picture? Besides, he wanted her to know how he really felt.

The car came to a stop in front of the cabin. Bradley got out of the car, held the door for Carissa, and extended his hand to her. She accepted his offer of help and eased out of the car. Her dress rode up her thighs as she swung her legs out, and he couldn't help but stare at her long, tanned legs. He wanted nothing more than to feel them wrapped around him - again - and that's exactly what he was going to do.
