Chapter 113: Girls' Day

The week passed quickly, and by Thursday, Cayla was home, which meant Carissa was back to staying in her residence hall while Bradley suffered at a local hotel. He adamantly refused to go back to the house and have to see Danny. As much as Carissa hated that Bradley's life was disrupted by all of this, she was relieved he wasn't in the same house as Danny. "Huh? Sorry." Carissa shook her head and focused her attention on Tiffany, who was standing in the dressing room doorway.

Tiffany sighed. "You've been zoning out all day. Are you alright?"

"Yeah, just thinking about a lot of stuff." She smiled. "That dress is gorgeous, by the way."

"That's what I said!" Tiffany laughed and spun around to show off the floor-length, full ruffled skirted dress.
