Entry into the city was smooth; as a slave, he was directly owned by one of the seven deadly sins. As a result, no one could distract or inconvenience him as an outsider, in fact there was not even a need for an information check.

The guards simply opened the portal and bowed their heads to Viper. The capital of Alterhein had the same name as the country. It was a vast city with four different rivers running underneath it. The place had several waterways that passed back and forth with boats and canoes, and most of the movement around the city was by means of bridges. 

These passageways rotated and alternated with magic, depending on the needs of the pedestrians. Even for its gigantic size, it was surprising how everything seemed to work in a balanced rhythm. Alterhein was also a military city, so as the two of them walked through the town, the huge number of soldiers was obvious.
