Her insecurities

Emerging from the pond with the fish demon in his grasp, Xylon was drenched from head to toe. Despite his sodden state, his eyes were focused solely on the writhing form in his grip, watching as it slowly disappeared like the other demons he had slain.

"When killed, everything disappears," he murmured to himself, a grim reminder of the deadly nature of his new hobby.

But as he turned to make his way back to Akuna, his thoughts were interrupted by the sight of the girl lying unconscious on the ground.

Approaching her with trepidation, Xylon couldn't help but feel a pang of guilt at the sight of her wounded and in so much pain. He knelt down beside her, taking in the extent of her injuries with a deep concentration.

Her once beautiful face was now marred with deep cuts and bruises, and her breathing came in short, ragged gasps.

Xylon Kept being silent, knowing that he had inadvertently caused it. But he was determined to do everything in his power to help her recover.
