As Eva turned to face the person who asked her how she managed to survive Kazarich, she was stunned to see who it was. Her heart skipped a beat, and she gasped in shock, unable to believe her eyes.

"You!" she exclaimed, her voice trembling with a mix of emotions.

The man, who was none other than Karl, didn't seem surprised to see her. However, his eyes flickered with a hint of recognition as they locked onto hers.
