To the Abyss, again !

Eva couldn't shake the feeling that something had gone terribly wrong.

Her arms hung limply by her sides as she tried to make sense of Xylon's cryptic words.

What did he mean, and why couldn't she grasp it without him spelling it out?

Xylon, on the other hand, wasted no time in distancing himself from Eva.

He left their entire house behind, the door shutting with a finality that echoed through Eva's stunned silence.

She remained on the spot, her gaze fixed on the ceiling, a profound shock coursing through her.

He'd acknowledged her with contempt, lumping her into the same category as all the other humans in his mind.

But what did he imply when he suggested that she should become a demon? The randomness of it all left her utterly bewildered.

As the weight of his words bore down on her, Eva clutched the bedsheets as if they were a lifeline.

Her emotions spiraled out of control, and she burst into tears.
