The ocean

Eva's head spun with dizziness, her vision blurring as she struggled to stay conscious beneath Sylvan's weight.

She felt like a helpless prey ensnared by a predator, unable to escape his grasp.

Sylvan's voice echoed in her ears, each word dripping with venom and accusation.

She wanted to push him away, to scream for help, but her limbs felt like lead, her body refusing to obey her commands.

As darkness threatened to engulf her, Eva's thoughts raced frantically.

She knew she was teetering on the edge of unconsciousness, her body betraying her in the face of Sylvan's rage.

As the darkness closed in around her, the last thing Eva saw was Sylvan's hand, poised menacingly above her face.

It hovered there like a specter of impending violence, casting a shadow over her fading consciousness.

Fear gripped her heart like icy fingers as she braced herself for the blow, her mind racing with terrifying possibilities.
