In the end, our father was able to push Al away and call out a knight to restrain her. Then, she was confined for an indefinite amount of time.
However, that confinement meant nothing to her.
"Ira! Ira! Wake up!" Alethea shook my body relentlessly until she saw my eyes open.
"Hngh... Al...?" I rubbed my eyes before stopping and sitting up from shock, "Al?!"
"What... what are you doing here? Aren't you confined in your room? Hide! What if a knight sees you?!"
Alethea burst into laughter. "Why should we care?" She shrugged and confidently said, "They wouldn't be able to, anyways."
