Eliminating The Wave - [ Chapter - 25 ]

Ji-Ho kept smashing all the heads and bodies of the slamanders especially aiming at the Scorching Slamander with every swing he takes and each swing he took now had a lot more power thanks to his new abilities.

Hyun Ki on the other hand was dealing with the Shadow Battalion with his ancient magic, he kept writing down multiple light attributed letters and symbols using his spirit arms so that he can use his sword with his real arms.

While both of them were fighting the two legendary variants, Ah-In was just blocking all of the attacks from the the legendary variant which was called, "Beetle Samurai" and she used her sword to attack the rest of the monsters.

Ah-In was healing all the attacks she received but her mana was quickly depleting due to all the heal spells and barrier spells she kept casting on herself so that she would stay alive but also thanks to this her sword became more powerful.

So it was helping her deal with the Beetle Samurai and the rest of the monsters that continued to attacking her, after a while of their attacks Hyun Ki was able to deal with the Shadow Battalion with his ancient magic.

Even though it's ability to travel through the shadows of the enormous amount of monsters, Hyun Ki was able to cast multiple multiple light spells to make the shadows disappear and let his ability become completely useless.

After it came out of the shadows, Hyun Ki immediately started slashing it and stabbing it while combining the ancient light spells that he was using and so all of the attacks were really effective towards it and he was able to defeat it.

As the Shadow Battalion fell onto the ground Hyun Ki said quietly, "Extract." once he said that he immediately put the jade into himself and he was able to receive the ability, "Shadow Travel" so he was pretty happy with the new ability.

It was an ability that allows him to travel in any shadow so he then activated and headed towards Ah-In as he was in the shadows as he got nearby, Ah-In's mana was really low now but suddenly Hyun Ki came out behind the Beetle Samurai.

He came from it's shadow and stabbed it while using his spirit arms writing fire attributed letters and symbols on his swords and blasting it towards the beetle samurai and so the beetle fell to the ground.

Then Hyun Ki was going to slice it's head of as he went closer to it's body and when he took the swing, the beetle disappeared and suddenly three swords were attacking him from different positions so he immediately went into the shadows.

When that happened Hyun Ki realized it faked it's fall to make him lower his guard and try to attack him but it failed since Hyun Ki was able to get away with his mew shadow ability so it was really lucky he got that ability.

During the attack, Ji-Ho was now finishing off the Scorching Salamander and it was really lucky he was paired up with it since his hammer was literally smashing it's flames to bit but there was one hard part about it.

The Scorching Salamander had the skill "Fiery Body" which allows any attack to phase through it as long as it has mana to use it but if the fire was put out when he gets hit, it would result it's ability ineffective.

Which Ji-Ho just blew away it's flames from his heavy and powerful and so each hit he made gave it a lot of damage and it's ability was literally ineffective towards Ji-Hi so it was a really good match up for Ji-Ho.

Once Ji-Ho took down the Scorching Salamander, Hyun Ki appeared beside him and said, "Go distract the beetle, I need to get a few things." he said as he quietly said, "Extract." as he quickly put the jade into himself.

Now Hyun Ki had the fiery body ability that the Scorching Salamander had and so he quickly went back into the shadows to help Ji-Ho and Ah-In while he was doing this Ji-Ho was now facing the beetle.

But it was an incredibly bad match up for him because his swings were so slow since his hammer was enormous and was really heavy as well while the beetle had six arms and three swords with him.

So he was being pushed back and as that was happening Ah-In was fending herself off with her sword and so Hyun Ki came out of the shadow and then sliced using two swords with his spirit arms against the beetle.

When the beetle saw him it immediately tried to slash Hyun Ki up but it just went through him and Hyun Ki continued to advance with his attacks and it was now really changing the pace of the fight with his new ability.

Although it wasn't a good ability against many enemies, close combat enemies that can't put out flames were really effective for this ability so it was definitely good with a few monsters that came to his mind.

Unexpectedly the Frog Sage actually thought they would die but it didn't expect them to kill of the three legendary variants that was supporting him and so Hyun Ki took the ability of the beetle samurai and started heading towards the frog.

The ability he got was called, "Intense Sword Mastery" Hyun Ki didn't expect that he would get this ability and he really thought he would've gotten another arm ability but the ability itself was good for Hyun Ki.

Since it allows Hyun Ki to have a 250% increase in growth proficiency for sword skills and abilities and it also improves all the skills and abilities that he has even if he learns knew ones so it was great for him.

After getting the ability, he immediately dashed towards the frog sage and as Hyun Ki's sword was about to hit it suddenly it's eyes burned a blue flame and then his sword stopped before it could even hit the frog.

Hyun Ki smiled as the frog fell forward and as it fell, two arms were behind it and it was actually his spirit arms and so Hyun Ki immediately moved to finish it off and didn't let himself take time since it might get away.

So Hyun Ki moved alongside of Ji-Ho getting ready if it gets up and Hyun Ki just slices it's head off with ease and it said he killed it and so he was surprised that the frog was so easy to kill which surprised him.

But anyways Hyun Ki took it's jade and took it's ability and he got an ability called, "Telekinesis" which allowed him to use intelligence like the frog sage and control anything consuming his intelligence stat.
