Rick was tensed but he exhaled sharply and felt better instantly. He shoved both hands into his pocket and kept any expression of tension off his face, trying to look as comfortable as always.

"Good morning, everyone." He began with a slightly shaky voice. "Thank you all for convening on such short notice. I called you all here to formally introduce myself to you."

"As most of you may already have an idea, and the rest of you may still be wondering, I would be clearing the air now."

"I am Rick Scott, and I will be the CEO of this company until further notice." Rick said with a very clear voice. It was as if the tension around him dissipated the moment he thought of his sister and why he was doing this.

The moment Rick announced himself as the CEO, their was gasps and whispers. Amidst those, sone people started congratulating him.
