Later that night, Selena could finally get some sleep. Thanks to an ointment Arthur had applied on the burns. But, the burns, she thought, did not hurt as much as losing a child, and it was the thought that woke her up. She still could not wrap her head around the fact that she was out for about three days.

'The lady in the hospital's restroom...' Selena thought silently. 'She looked so much like me. How is that possible?'

In fact, Selena believed that the only difference between herself and the lady that day were the clothes they each wore. Could she have been the one who harmed her? But, why?

Selena was still lost in thoughts when she heard muffled noises coming from the back of the small house. The room they had placed her in was facing a beautiful backyard garden.
