"Getting you pregnant wouldn't be bad. After all-" Timothy shrugged and nibbled on her nape for a second before meeting her eyes, -"Bella's old enough to take care of two younger ones."

"That explains it..." thought Selena out loud, unable to sit still, "..the ring on his finger, his face, his warmth towards me, how protective of me he had been all through work. I thought he was just being caring, as a boss."

"I did not know he wa- ahhhh!" Selena let out an ear piercing scream and fell to the tiled floor, holding her forehead in her hands.

Rick scrambled out of his seat, panic written on his face, as he tried everything he could to help her but she only kept screaming, scaring him.
