Derek's eyes widened as the scene played in slow motion. Daniel rushed towards their leader who was holding a gun, he could see the kid planned to bump into the man, but against humans like them such a plan was stupid.

Those thick arms packed with muscles moved towards Daniel and like swatting a fly, Daniel disappeared in an instant, and with a loud sound, Derek saw where he was. The force had been too powerful, shooting a human like a weightless object, sending him towards a building as he destroyed the walls with his body!

Though that building had been weathered over time it was still much stronger than the body of a normal human, the impact that made Daniel create a hole in that building told Derek that he was dead.

Normal humans were as fragile as glass before evolved humans. such force, even Derek would be seriously injured, and there was an abysmal chance that Daniel would survive.
