Despite Roland's constant questions, Emily replied that it was classified information and couldn't be discussed in a vehicle. With no other choice, Roland could only curb his seemingly endless questions. He watched as the airplanes they arrived in were taken away whilst the number of vehicles that headed to the second gate increased, making him frown.

Once they crossed the gate, Roland first sighted fully armed soldiers and vehicles, the same kind he saw outside, but these were fewer and from the spaces, Roland figured they belonged to the vehicles outside.
