Silver iris

"Wake up," a soothing voice slithered into his ears, causing Derek's eyes to tremble. He left Gavin and took a couple of steps back.

He walked past the woman, who stared at him and sat on a chair, massaging his forehead. The silver glow retreated but stopped at his iris, forever branding it silver. Such a change wasn't immediately noted, but it was just the beginning.

"Derek, are you okay?" Gavin asked and walked towards the woman. He lifted her up and went towards the corridor. After a while, he came back and sat opposite Derek, who had been quiet all this while.

"I'm not dead, so I guess you arrived," Derek muttered while staring at the ceiling. The room they were in was built to be a super large space, while Gavin did some adjustments and made several rooms. This one was still massive. It was almost a hall with only the middle housing stuff like couches, tables, and chairs.

The other part of the gray-colored room was void of even a speck of dust.
