"Oh, who?" Derek inquired with raised brows, and Gavin flashed a cocky smile. "If you're not going to talk, then don't. I don't want to be disturbed later."

"It's Cecil; she's here. I can't believe she lived in the core zone this whole time," Gavin blurted before Derek lost interest.

"Cecil? The same woman from five years ago?" Derek stated. He was quite stunned at the turn of things, but it was a wonderful development for Gavin.

Before Gavin could reply, the door slid open, and Li Mei walked out. The top and short skirt were a nice fit, showing the similar shape between her and Angel; those clothes were among the new ones Kira bought.

"You look amazing." Derek's awed tone made Li Mei feel like she appeared on cloud nine. Her soft palms quickly wrapped around his hands, and she was now the one urging him to move faster.
