Nodding at them, Derek walked away with Sam while Amelia stopped before them. "Tch, bitch." Grinding her teeth when she heard Li Mei's words, Amelia had no choice but to exhale. "We're sisters already. It was only a day; I don't get why you are so mad."

Li Mei's cat-shaped eyes went wide, revealing the whites of her eyes. "Did you just say it was only a day? An entire day of my darling's time!"

It was obvious that Li Mei would go hysterical if this discussion went any further.

"She beat us, though." Angel clicked her tongue and scrutinized Amelia. "She held on for an entire day. The highest I've gone is an hour and you haven't crossed three hours."

Li Mei bit her lower lip, glaring at Amelia but Angel's words made her accept this painful defeat.
