Underwater City [part one]

Chuckled softly, Derek leaped into the air and landed on the yacht, just before his wife. "Don't try anything stupid. We're working, you..." she pointed at his chest.

"You are the master of the city and I am a member of the council. There should be cordiality when we're in public."

"True, but you are also my wife," he replied, leaning so close that their foreheads gently touched.

"You belong to me before this city." His deep voice slithered into her ears, causing Ming Yue's heart to palpitate.

She snorted but a smile tugged at the corner of her lips.

The moment Luke arrived, she coughed, led them to the front of the luxurious yacht and held the railings.

As the yacht glided through the crystal-blue water, her hair and skirt fluttered. "Bao is working tirelessly to upgrade the city to the level of a smart city and once he does, I don't think any city in Xon can be our rival." Ming Yue spoke confidently.
