Veez tells the dark elf playfully as those tiny sharp teeth are digging further into the right ear, looking to see if she can tear this whole ear off this way.

Zindee let it be known of the agony she was being assaulted with, not able at the time to hold on to Archie. He took the chance to get out free and away from the dark elf, placing himself around the most likely person to keep the guy safe.

"I take it that your Imp is biting her ear at the moment," Archie says. Checking his neck for the moment.

"Yes, my little one has saved your life, when this is over."

"I guess that's fair since that little thing helps me out instead of you."

"Become something worth fighting for."

Xalroz's words were harsh but were true to their meaning as Archie is no one worth another life to risk, and he shouldn't expect any help from a demon like him. Any more so in the future unless, as he said, worth the risk.
