Now that we have removed the nobility system, the current laws would need a lot of amendments. How long that would take, even I have no idea. However, it's a fact that it will never end if we don't work on it.
The laws from the previous system were... How do I put it? Nobility-centered? It was as if the peasants weren't even treated like humans, as all laws gave more consideration to nobles than commoners.
For example, when a noble condemns a commoner for a crime, then the one condemned would be deemed guilty immediately. No such thing as a council or a fair judicial process would start.
