After going out of my God Kingdom, I didn't waste time and teleported straight to the place where the portal leading to the sanctuaries was located. The entrance stood guarded by a mix of enchantments and technology, each glowing faintly under the dim light of the cavern.

But when I arrived, something felt... off.

The door wasn't locked.

"Huh?"

I frowned, stepping closer to examine it. The seals and barriers remained intact, unbroken. Yet the door, which should have been sealed tightly, was slightly ajar.

"Weird. Is there someone who arrived before me?"

I tried to sense any lingering presence, closing my eyes and extending my awareness. I extended my senses inside, trying to figure out who was present. But to my surprise, my attempt was thwarted—almost deliberately obscured.
