It was now lunch time and you were sitting alone at your table with Amani. You two were catching up on what had happened at the party and she was mostly just filling you in on her and Taehyung.

"Yeah so he slowly leaned in and then kissed me. The whole time I felt like I was gonna explode!! Can you believe that?" Amani shakes you as she's fangirling over her own memory.

"I can believe it! I told you to just be bold and he'll come around." You smile and take a bite from your apple.

"Yeah but I don't think I could ever be as bold as you." She lets go of you and turns her attention back to eating.

"What do you mean by that?"

"Well you confessed to Jungkook at the party. I was waiting til you would bring it up but figuring how things are going right now, you just love keeping secrets from me!" She rolls her eyes.

"WHAT?!?!" Instantly grabbing onto Amani by the shoulders, "What do you mean I confessed?!?"

"Woah! Calm down! How do you not remember? It's all Taehyung kept talking about when I had him for last period."

"Amani. Tell me every single detail you know right now. I don't remember confessing at all, I was drunk!"

"That's surprising you don't remember! Jungkook told Taehyung that it was a really heartfelt confession besides you slurring on your words and how you reeked of vodka." She pinched her nose and laughed at you.

"Yeah, Yeah! Shut up and tell me more, now." You demand and put your apple down, paying attention closely to what she has to say.

"Okay well... I guess Jungkook went to stay at Taehyung's house that night. He was ranting to Taehyung about what he felt at the moment and what had went down. Taehyung didn't want to disclose that much information with me since Jungkook was venting to him or whatever. But I guess you had said something along the lines of Jungkook rejecting you." She shrugs and takes a sip of her water.

"I told Jungkook he rejected me?" She nods at your question.

"Oh my god, Amani. Oh my god oh my god. I'm so stupid!" You burry your face into your hands and let out a loud sigh.

"Well it could've been worse. You didn't hear it from me but I guess Jungkook was confused on his feelings for you." She puts her hands up in defense and smiles.

"That makes it all more worse." You look up from your hands and roll your eyes at her.

Amani opens her mouth to speak but she's interrupted when two people sit in front of you at the table.

"Hi girls!" Serena says cheerfully and waves at you both in which you just awkwardly wave back.

She was holding onto Jungkook's arm as they sat down together. Jungkook had an unreadable expression on his face that you couldn't seem to ignore.

"So, have you guys signed up for the camping field trip yet?" She questions Amani and me.

"What field trip?" You ask her and raise an eyebrow.

"Oh well there's this huge field trip that our school is having. Literally everyone is talking about it! We're going to go camping for five days!" Serena smiles as she squeezes Jungkooks arm from excitement.

"Amani and I haven't signed up for it. Sorry!"

"You girls definitely should! It's going to be sooo much fun!"

"We'll think about it." Amani fake smiles and gets up from the table, holding her tray. You instantly follow her actions.

"Lunch isn't over for another 15 minutes. Why are you girls leaving?" Serena gives us a confused look.

"Oh well we kind of have some things to do before next period. So sorry we couldn't stay longer! Have a nice day!" Amani responds and starts walking off without hearing Serena's response.

"God I swear I could've died from how heavy the tension was back there." Amani throws her tray away and so do you.

"I know. And what was that whole camping stuff she was talking about?" You question as you both walk out the cafeteria and into the halls.

"I know Taehyung was talking about it to me. I was thinking we should probably go though. It sounds kind of fun and it might be good for you to get some fresh air."

"I dont know. I mean since that whole party situation, I just feel like I need some time to relax." A big sigh escapes your lips.

"Well it's not happening til Friday. So you have this whole week to decide, Y/n. If you go then i'll definitely go." She wraps her arm around your shoulders as you two walk to your locker.

"Well we'll see. It honestly depends if i'm feeling mentally okay enough to be stranded out in the woods with no music or my phone." You open your locker and put your science book away from earlier.

"You need some time away from technology! Plus if we both go then we can be in the same tent and just hangout for majority of the time."

"Hmm, i'll think about it. Now get your arm off of me it's so heavy!!" You tease Amani and push her arm off of you.

You sat on your bed and scrolled through social media. It was night time and you just finished doing your skin care routine because you had been breaking out from the stress you experienced these past few days.

As you're relaxing, Jungkook bursts into your room and quickly shuts the door behind him.

"WHAT THE HELL IS YOUR PROBLEM?" You shout at him from being so startled at his sudden actions.

"Y/n I swear to god I just saw a little kid run into the kitchen! I'm so scared right now!" Jungkook runs towards your bed and sits down behind you, scared.

"You're literally delusional. There's no kid and you're just being a scaredy cat right now." You cross your arms and roll your eyes.

"No. I don't care I can not be alone tonight." He holds onto your shoulders from behind and shakes you.

"What do you mean you can't be alone tonight? You're not sleeping in here with me!" You push his hands off you and turn around to look at him.

"Why is your face so shiny?" He raises an eyebrow and questions you.

"Because I did my skincare. You should try it some time, those blackheads on your nose look like they're gonna swallow your face whole at this point." You laugh at him.

"Shut up, y/n" He smiles and rolls his eyes.

He lays down on your bed and puts his arms behind his head.

"So, are you going on the camping trip?" He looks you in the eyes which makes you a bit nervous.

"Um, I don't know yet."

"You should go. So i can beat you in all the games they're gonna have. You seem easy to beat at hide and seek." A smirk forms on his lips. God that stupid smug look he has to have when teasing you.

"I'll go just so I can prove how bad you are at everything and how good I am." You bicker.

"Yeah yeah, whatever! We both know you're just saying that to seem cool."

"You think I seem cool? Aw, thanks Jungkook!" You smile and ruffle his hair really aggressively in which he pushes your hand away.

"Stop it! you're so annoying, y/n!" He rolls his eyes at you but he can't seem to hide the smile on his face.

"Yeah whatever, that's why that little kid you saw is gonna get you."

"Take that back or I swear i'll push you down the stairs again."

"No. Don't care. Plus you're ugly." You roll your eyes.

"You sure about that?" He sits up and comes closer to your face. You feel your body freeze but you hold your ground.

"Yes." You look away and point a finger to your mouth pretending to gag at him. He laughs and backs away from you.

"That's not what you said at the party." He smirks before standing up and heading to your room door, leaving you dumbfounded.

"WHAT? Jungkook you can't just leave after saying something like that?!" You stand up after him.

"But I am leaving after saying something

like that." He has a smug look on his face. He opens your door and waves before leaving your room, shutting the door behind him.

You just stand there with your mouth open and a shocked expression.

Did he seriously use that to win a playful argument?
