CHAPTER 71 Wish I Did

　　"If I knew we could be happy like we are now, I should have treated you better."

　　Johann's POV

　　The clock was ticking and the louder the sound got, the more I became nervous.

　　I wonder what happened to her earlier. Her face was pale and looked really weak. I almost had a heart attack when she collapsed.

　　I wanted to bring her to the hospital but she insisted not to. She said she just needed rest so here we are in our lovenest.

　　Huh! Did I really say the word 'lovenest'? How ironic it was, because I barely saw her smile here.

　　It dawned on me, did she even once feel happiness inside our marriage?

　　While lost in my own thoughts, I saw how she coiled her body under the blanket and remembered that she easily got cold.

　　So I went beside her to fix her covering, when she turned her body and headed towards my direction.
