"Being a father isn't just a simple title that could be earned in a day. It's a lifetime responsibility which clearly you ran away from."
Kendra's POV
Aside from Sandra, Dick is one person I truly hate in my entire life. Since my mother's death, I never saw or heard his name come up on any occasion, so why now?
And he started our conversation with such a ridiculous remark.
I burst into anger, "Father? You seemed to have forgotten, you were never a father to me. So keep on dreaming, I'm hanging up!" I warned him.
"Hey, hey, calm down, will you? I just miss you, that's all, can we meet?" he brazenly asked.
Nothing comes out with everything related to him, "Don't ever call me again," I did what I said, but it was followed by a message that sounded like a threat not only to me but to my husband.
"Is that how you talk to your father you haven't met for a long time?" I could imagine his face while saying these words. And it boils every inch of my body.
