CHAPTER 68

Alcohol was the only thing that kept Freya stable in times of overwhelming difficulties. Not that she was an addict, but, once it got too much, she went all out and the club was her favorite place to be. No men. No friends. Just she and her drinks. A bit boring to say, yet, Freya was okay with that. This pattern made her become fast+friends with the bartenders who sometimes passed her a free drink.

On the part of clubs, most of them just like other establishments didn't believe in the superstition of Shifters being real. While others took extreme measures to make sure that if they were real, they wouldn't have access to their establishment. However, Freya broke such boundaries by freely walking in and out without raising suspicions. The mountain ash, silver and oak wood the club was built out of didn't harm Freya. It only made her uncomfortable most time.
