Upon hearing the devastating news from Blair, he abandoned everything, including his armored car and his security, leaving him exposed to various enemies.

Half paying attention to the road and the other half searching for a phone, Angelo peered about the car. He rummaged around in the car's glove box and took out a strange phone, which he promptly answered.
