"I and Tito whispering," Angelo completed the sentence for her.
"Yes," Emily responded once she realized that she was wrong yet again.
"I know that you do not know a lot about my job, but I assure you that I did not have anything to do with Doctor Kennedy's death; in fact, I'm trying to find out who is behind the murder, will find the person that murdered him and that is a promise," he told her sternly.
Feeling the guilt of accusing her husband of murder, Emily walked towards him and tried to touch Angelo, but he stepped away from her.
"I think it's best that you do not touch me; go back to sleep; you need your rest," he ordered her.
"But-" she tried arguing.
