Most women imagine Angelo Sorrentino as rich, handsome, and confident, except Emily Rosette.

The world of the rich is proving to be bigger than what Emily had thought it to be, proving once again that not all that glitters is gold.

Angelo had woken up with a sore head, but thankfully for him, Emily got him into bed after he returned home after a heavy night of drinking with Tito.

Neither he nor Emily had spoken about the events of the previous night; instead, they had gone about their morning routine as though nothing had happened the night before.

He had watched Emily leave for the office, so he stayed back, giving her the excuse that he would follow behind her. Angelo had other matters to concern himself with.

He had preferred to stay at home or at work, but he knew he had to go see his stepmother at the hospital in order to learn more than what the doctor and the cops investigating her case had already told him.
