Suga was staring at the television as the news reported a series of store lootings. He murmured to himself, noting that the prices of basic necessities had indeed been rising lately, and finding a job was becoming increasingly difficult—not that he was defending theft, but he understood.

Speaking of jobs, Suga had thought it would be easy for him to find remote work. He could speak Japanese and English, with a bit of Dutch, so he assumed there would be plenty of clients reaching out to hire him. However, his request tab had been empty for days.

Even in this field, competition was fierce—many accounts already had a long history of completed tasks, making them more reliable to clients. His account was still new, and because he hadn't uploaded a profile picture of himself, it probably looked untrustworthy.

He didn't want to put his face on the site though—after all, plenty of people used pet pictures or even fictional characters as their profile images.
