Zion, who had finished work earlier than expected, returned to the mansion, expecting to see Suga. But the man he had hoped to find sitting in the living room was nowhere to be seen. The sound of approaching footsteps behind him made Zion raise an eyebrow—he knew right away that they didn't belong to Suga. Instead, they were the footsteps of a woman.

Tara, his eldest sister, spent more time in New York than here. Though she did come back often, when work got too busy, she could go months without returning. It was usually William and Brigid who stayed here, though Brigid was even busier in her studio than at home. And even when she was home, she was the type of person who didn't want to be disturbed—not even with a single word—if she was exhausted, she became moody.
