Surprisingly, the deal went smoother than Hendrick anticipated, well, smooth if you don't count the handful of bodyguards he had to sacrifice. But Hendrick didn't dwell on that. Collateral damage.

What mattered was that Zion agreed to work with him. In exchange, Hendrick would facilitate and grant him partial rights to several areas of the island. Of course, Zion wasn't stupid— he immediately picked the regions rich in natural resources. Smart bastard indeed.

And fortunately, the so-called "secret" Zion threatened him with, the one inside that flash drive, turned out to be far less damning than Hendrick had feared. It contained data on one of Arden's underground mafia organization, specifically, those marked with the three-dot tattoo— and a map tracing their narcotics distribution routes.
