Back at Gate bridge fights had broken out between the Red Deer Company and the local precinct. The Red Deer Company had set up a barricade, preventing people from approaching the bridge. They had been tasked with building the barrier and stopping people from leaving the water locked city. The bridge had never been so quiet. As far as the eye could see there were no cars, trucks or even pedestrians. The barrier consisted of mostly found material, but after a few hours they were able to get some concrete barriers and sandbags delivered from the warehouses.
