The First Archdragon Mate

Alec woke up feeling empty and tense, all through yesterday Nuri was completely aloof from him and stayed up in either her room or library, no matter how hard Alec tried Nuri avoided him like the plague, Alec started to have growing concerns, what if their picnic was nothing more than Nuri being vulnerable. He couldn’t be hurt, not again. For now he had to keep his mind clear and focused. The meeting was more important; these matters needed urgent attention, what ever was happening between him and Nuri would have to wait a while. 


“You might need to stand back” was all Nuri said to Alec,
