Prying Open the Door

Pushing and pulling aside boxes and crates, Di Tou tried to find a way to open the entrance under the stairs without success. However, having pulled away so many items, the outline of the door was much more obvious now, and Di Tou was sure he hadn't made a mistake. There was indeed something odd here.

Thinking for a moment, Di Tou winced before extending out his Spiritual Sense, very carefully making it into a thin tendril and reaching it past the crack. The moment Di Tou extended his Spiritual Sense beyond his body, Di Tou couldn't help but feel some regret. Once more, the overpowering stench of rot, decay, and some sort of odd musk overcame him as his Spiritual Sense began to send feedback back.
