In the end, after standing in the dark for a short while, Di Tou let out a long sigh that seemed to echo out and disappear into the darkness all at once before taking slow and steady steps forward, approaching the door. Initially, Di Tou wanted to peek beyond the door to see what was going on, but like a cliche door to heaven, the bright light shining out of the door stopped Di Tou from being able to see much beyond the entrance.

All he could roughly make out was that the flooring seemed to be a coarse stone, and the door itself seemed to be of roughly the same dimensions as the other door he had seen.
