Progress

Stepping outside, Di Tou looked at the familiar courtyard and garden and couldn't help but sigh. When he had first arrived, he had wasted some time and caused some havoc in the manor, as the inside of the manor was considered relatively nicely kept and all the paths were paved with stone tiles. But compared to the tiling in the Academy which was very neat and orderly, which each brick lining up perfectly, the bricks here were much more crude and had a natural cut look to them, which meant that the road was rather bumpy and coarse.

The first time Di Tou had swept, he hadn't been able to properly control his Void Qi and had smoothed out some bricks and caused an oddly shaped indent. After plucking out the bricks, one would find they looked like a loaf of bread that had been sat upon….

Still, overall, it couldn't be considered a huge trouble, and the spots where he had messed up were quickly re-tiled.
