On a slightly brighter note, one reassuring piece of news Di Tou had received from Li Chang Hu who had heard about Di Tou's plight and search was that at higher stages generally speaking it was better to focus on one technique anyways. This was because as one entered the Resonance Stage and proceeded further, there was a greater focus on one's "Dao" or understanding of the world. Although they could slowly expand their domains and understandings, thus progressing in the Resonance Stage, it was a case of twice the effort for half the result. In general it was best to focus on the path one had selected and continue pursuing it, deepening their understanding as opposed to becoming a jack of all trades.
