Goading

Working his way through the meal, Di Tou once again came upon the inevitable but always somewhat unexpected transition from pure meat to noodles. To be honest, Di Tou had a great many questions about Old Wang's noodles. How was it that they remained tender and chewy after sitting in soup for so long, and was Old Wang really a noodle salesman at this point?

Although everything he sold happened to be noodles in the end, Di Tou felt like it would be just the same if he used rice or flatbread of something else. The noodles, while good, just composed of too little of the entirety of the dish each time for Di Tou to really equate them to noodles.

Of course, this question didn't stop Di Tou from fully enjoying the chew and filling feeling of the noodles sliding down his gullet.
