His First Artifact?

Arriving in the evening was a different experience than that of the morning. In the morning, Thousand Li Stroke just looked like an ordinary roadside shop. At most a bit secluded and perhaps closed. But upon walking in, one would find staff and simply exclaim that they indeed had a good environment for admiring calligraphy and painting, as although it was on a fairly busy street, the entrance made it so that not many folks wandered in, leaving the insides sparse with people and highlighting the atmosphere and decoration. It felt more like a hidden gem.

At night, from afar, Thousand Li Stroke looked dark, as if no one was in and it was already closed, but upon walking in one would find it was brightly lit. This created a bit more dissonant atmosphere, as in the morning, it simply felt like it was easily overlooked, while in the evening, it was like a hidden pearl in a shut clam. Why was it being hidden?
