Strange Person

Coming to the door, Old Gao saw an unfamiliar face and couldn't help but let out a slight frown as a hint of annoyance rose in his heart. Perhaps it was a side effect of the technique, or perhaps the technique had just brought out the more extreme and studious side of his behavior, but Old Gao really didn't like it when people interrupted him during his day when he was studying, especially not if it was for some sort of sales call, which Old Gao had the feeling this inevitably was.

After all, why else would someone go to an old man's door to knock at midday? Feeling like his time was being wasted, Old Gao grunted slightly and looked Di Tou up and down and said, "Hello, do you need something?"

Letting out a faint smile, Di Tou said, "Old Gao, is it? Thank you for your recommendation of Lady Nai Te's stall the other day, her buns were indeed quite excellent."
