Sometimes training and cultivation was just like that, you could spend a hundred hours practicing and practicing and not gain or learn anything, but a moment later, in no more than the span of five seconds figure out all the problems that had bothered you and effectively maneuver your body like you never had before!

Things like enlightenment, epiphanies, and breakthroughs weren't called as such for no reason. More importantly, Di Tou's philosophy up until now wasn't exactly wrong either.

When it came to training one's body or staying healthy, the important aspect was knowing one's limits and perseverance. Exercise was done in sets, and proper breaks had to be taken between sets of exercise and even workout days. Only with a proper combination of rest and stress could one's body follow a fruitful cycle of growth and rebirth.
