"At least you know I love teaching people a lesson, that's so nice. Am happy!" Abigail responded her eyes squinted into a smile.
The ride turned quiet after Abigail's words, Elias ignored her and continued staring out the window. Abigail gave up asking what had happened and focused on her phone instead, she pursed her lips when she noticed the ride was becoming longer than necessary.
As she opened her mouth to speak once again, the driver drove into a huge compound passing through the gates into the mansion. Abigail's brow furrowed, she was amazed by the scenery the mansion held in it. Her so-called husband had talked about a mansion but she had counted it as a joke, this looked just like hers.
Her eyes lit up seeing the flowers spread on both sides of the mansion with a path in the middle which the car drove through, the huge fountain that was sculptured in looking like a fish pouring water out of its mouth was beautiful.
Her eyes finally connected to the huge mansion when the car came to a halt in front of the mansion, she glanced at the golden and white building in front of her. It was beautifully designed and looked great in her eyes, a bubble of excitement filled her heart as she stared at the mansion but she tried not to show it on her face.
Trying to keep her face expressionless she snorted, "And I thought the mansion was something more beautiful than the Villa, you have such poor taste." Abigail grabbed at Elias before quickly climbing down the car, she skipped her steps towards the mansion.
Elias raised his brows when he heard her words before she disappeared from his sight. He had seen the bubble of excitement that had formed in her eyes when they drove through the gates, he shook his head she was such a weird girl.
Climbing down the car, he couldn't find her anywhere 'So much for my poor taste' Elias thought, he placed his hands in his pocket and strolled into the mansion. The huge door standing outside the mansion was colored in golden color, giving it a royal look from the outside.
The living room looked even more fascinating for Abigail, the golden and white color was used but it had a tinge of grey to it which made it interesting. She glanced at the kitchen and dining before climbing up the stairs, the mansion was a story building like the Villa but it had more rooms and space in it.
She opened each door checking what room it was, she came across a gym room, a theatre room, a study room, and then a room that had a hot tub in it. She pulled her shoes off her legs and dipped them into the warm water, she sighed in satisfaction. 'This is the type of life I am used to.' She muttered within herself.
After dipping for some time, she stood up and put on her shoes before walking out of the room. She made a mental note to visit there every day, walking further into the dark hallway that wasn't lit up.
She came across another study room and a bedroom which she believed was the master's room, a frown settled on her face when she figured she had to share a room with him. She wondered if he did it on purpose, he turned all the rooms into something else and now she had to share with him.
The down floor had two rooms but she didn't want to leave there, she just had to drive him downstairs then. Abigail thought happily in her heart, although she was feeling happy her face was expressionless and held no emotions in them.

Downstairs, Elias had stepped into the house but unlike Abigail, he walked towards the floor-to-ceiling window in the living room. His gaze shifted outside, as he stared at the flowers and the fountain. Roses, Camilla's, Hibiscus, and purple lilies were all planted in the garden outside.
Slowing he got lost in his thoughts until the sound of his phone brought him out of it, the feelings of longing in his eyes disappeared. "What do you want Kian?" Elias asked as soon as he picked up the call.
From the other end of the call, Kian chuckled to himself at Elias's question. He knew that was going to happen, "I want nothing, especially nothing to do with you but I can not help it. I am curious and I need to settle my curiosity before it overwhelms me." Kian responded with a giggle.
"And what does your curiosity have to do with me? The internet has answers to everything so check there." Elias replied.
"No no no no no. no no, the internet will not be able to provide the answer to my question but you will be able to do so," Kian remarked turning in his chair, he was sitting in an office with a table before him and books piled on it.
"Ask" Elias muttered in a monotone, he wanted to get rid of Kian's nagging.
"She is a feisty one, totally different from her. She looks like she but her aura is different, it may or may not be her but I do not understand one thing." Kian said a thoughtful look appearing on his face. He was busy talking about Abigail and the woman the three of them talked about the previous day.
"What does that have to do with me? What don't you understand? As a lawyer, you seem to have free time in bothering me quite a lot don't you?" Elias remarked, his eyes turned distant at the mention of that woman.
"Well, I just said to ask a few things I do not mean any harm. If she is a setup for you then the people who sent her did a loose job, because she behaves nothing like her. I checked and found nothing about her, she suddenly appeared this year and she works as a waitress too in a high-end club. I mean clubs." Kian spoke telling on what he had found the previous day.
"I do not think she was sent by anyone, if she was then she would be acting like her but she isn't. Should I continue my investigations or put them on hold for now?" Kian asked as he stopped turning his chair.
Between the three of them, Elias was the cold and quiet one, Kian the thoughtful one and Zaire was the unserious one. "Let it be for now, till she does anything suspicious I think it is useless searching for anything about her," Elias remarked turning around to see Abigail walking down the stairs.
Abigail felt the stare on her body, she turned towards the direction and found Elias staring at her. Immediately the thought of searching in a room with him appeared in her heart and she glared at him, "Ya! Husband!" She yelled climbing down hurriedly.
"If you have nothing more to say then I will end the call now," Elias said, removing the phone from his ear.
"Isn't that sister-in-law's voice, I want to speak to her?" Kian muttered when he heard the feminine tone in the background.
"Do some work and stop being nosy," Elias said and ended the call because Abigail was moving closer to him already.
"Ya! Husband, how dare you? Why did you leave only one room upstairs?" Abigail asked glaring at him, as she came to stand in front of him.
