Too Good To Be True

After lunch, Miles led me to the farm and showed me what work we would be doing. He told me we would be organizing and sorting the harvested wheat and organizing it into small bundles.

As we began to work Miles began to talk to me as we worked.

"Oh I'm so glad you're here I was getting tired doing it all on my own."

"Where did Dad find you?"

"You don't talk much do you?"

Miles talked. a. lot. He was kind of annoying.

The bundling of the wheat was kind of difficult to do. It took me a while to catch on to how to do it.

"Having trouble? Let me show you again how to do It." Miles said to me. With his guidance, I was eventually able to get the hang of it.

We worked until late in the afternoon by then I felt tired but as we worked I didn't really feel it maybe or was because of Miles

but at the same time I also weirdly enjoyed his company.

We went to wash and clean ourselves up.
